Free Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Mr. Cat Dad for a full refund (Returns must be in the original packaging) To offer you the best customer service experience, return shipping is free. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are paid for by Mr. Cat Dad.
Full refunds or exchanges are given if a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. This policy is currently only available in the United States.
If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.
If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they'll do everything in their power to help you out.
Returns and Exchange Process:
- Email customer care at mrcatdadco@gmail.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
- Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.
- When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
